I started working on the Securities Services team, building investing and reporting tools:

Product consolidation + platform UX

• I led the design effort to merge two complex legacy apps into one modern, easy-to-use platform
  • Dug deep into domain knowledge and user challenges in order to balance each app’s distinct user workflows (made lots of user and IA flow maps)
• Partnered with product and engineering to audit and align on features, cut out unnecessary bloat, and focus only on what solved real user problems
• Focused on shipping small, steady improvements, tracked user metrics and followed up after release to keep refining the product

Then I moved over to the Salt Design System Team:

Design system + AI integration

• Figma Pattern Library manager 🌟 Maintaining, documenting changes, identifying impacts to the wider system, reviewing Figma branches, and coordinating releases with development
• Advancing our AI Kit: kit that allows designers to leverage Copilot to build interfaces using our design system components, themes and tokens, icons, etc
  • Maintaining and testing the AI Kit using Copilot to embed custom Markdown logic and ensure components generate accurately
  • Created a contextual icon registry with synonym mapping and authored anti-hallucination logic, reducing runtime icon lookup errors by 80–90%
• Working closely with engineers to design flexible component slots labeled by function, allowing the AI Kit to reliably pick the right pattern
